To book a tea ceremony, please contact us directly through our website or via prthveeka@gmail.com. Reservations are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled ceremony may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that plans may change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your tea ceremony. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

In order to receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept Paypal and Credit Cards through Stripe Payment Processing. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a refund. If you purchase a live service and fail to be present at the time of your appointment, the service and fee is automatically forfeited.

We respect your privacy. All information shared during readings will be kept strictly confidential.

Client information is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.

Ashley Jagmohan, Prthvee Ka is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our crystal jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Please note that due to the natural variations in gemstones, each piece may vary slightly in color, shape, and size from the images shown on our website. For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior or violation of our terms.

Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of the termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lake County.
